Highvac co can supply a vareity of Edge Welded Metal Bellows to your specifications. We currently service the vacuum, Semiconductor, Aerospace and Commercial markets. Metal bellows provide a hermetic all-metal pressure barrier and seal that flexes various directions. Edge welded metal bellows, specifically, provide the most flex in the smallest amount of space. This barrier that edge welded metal bellows provide, as a basic building block, can be use different ways to perform a variety of functions in many different applications.

SPECIALTY WELDING CAPABILITIES:

Highvac co also offers expert specialty and micro welding capabilities. This capability is a natural outgrowth for Highvac based on our round and non-round bellows micro welding experience. Our application of semi-automated, three-dimensional, computer controlled weld paths allow Highvac to make complex welds with superior cosmetic appearance and structural integrity with excellent repeatability and accuracy. These features can significantly reduce the cost of producing  complex machined components.

Capability Details Include:

• Round and Non-round path TIG welding of machined component (moderate cross section thicknesses less than 1/8 inch)

• Three dimensional size capabilities 24” by 12” by 5” weld envelope

• Helium Mass Spectrometer leak testing also available.

• Many alloys possible
